CAROLINA ANSALDO (artist and interior designer) and ESTEBAN JAVIER AGUIRRE (Chef), owners of NEO-CULTURAL restaurant in Palma de Mallorca and DCEPA restaurant in Punta del Este, Uruguay, are two young entrepreneurs who are passionate about travelling around the world.
